| Rebuttal: The revolving carbine was almost new. Buyer is lying about condition. I posted clear pictures on auction. He is mad because I took longer to ship than I anticipated because of a house fire. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer saw pictures and bought gun.Casehardening does not come off it it in the metal. Finish was 100%. JUst look at pictures. Does have nick arks on loading gate I did not notice. Buyer signed gun over to himselg then wanted to send it back over 3 days. |

| Comments: I spoke to the son of the bidder and the bidder is very ill. Bidder e-mailed me and I guess he will not make it. Sorry for him but I have to leave neg feedback to get my seller fees back. I wish him the best of luck and hope he gets better! |

| Rebuttal: I was in hospital for heart problems. That is why I did not pay on time. Would have paid if seller could have waited until I got out of hospiital. |
