| Comments: I bid on a rifle from the seller that also posted it in another site, I won on this site and seller has not returned my phone calls or email it's been 4 days. I can only assume he sold it on another sight, buyers beware |

| Rebuttal: First of all - this rifle was never posted on another auction site. I've never taken a vacation in about 5 years. The week the auction ended, I was on vacation in Florida with my family. No computer, no phone. The day I returned, I emailed and telephoned the buyer. He had purchased another rifle. |
