| Comments: 3rd transaction with TDW. Products were received as advertised, if not better than advertised. No complaint there. Communication was good throughout. Absolutely no complaint there. However, I personally have had better shipping response from other C&R dealers. |

| Rebuttal: We are not a C&R exclusive dealer. We are a wholesaler and importer. We process sometimes as many as 60 orders in a day. Things bog down sometimes. Sorry |

| Comments: For a repeat customer, I guess I expected a little more than the impersonal, cold communications I encountered this time. Failed to answer or acknowledge important questions RE: payment service, but shipment was fast. Can't seem to get them to give any feedback. Seem to be geared more towards telephone orders. |
