| Rebuttal: His check was dated the 17th recvd it on the 19th. We shipped the 27th. The order went out in a timely manner. Not 3 weeks. We do our best to satisfiy customers but some you just cannot. We answered all communications but he continued to give us incomplete info each time making followup very hard. |
