| Comments: First off, let me say that I generally don't give feedback other than positive. I'd rather not leave feedback than give bad feedback but I feel I have an obligation his time. My transaction with waveridr33 was a difficult one. Before the auction had ended we had exchanged emails in which I tried to give more detailed info on the gun only to receive a rather unfriendly reply. To his credit however, waveridr33 sent payment and C&R in a timely manner. But when the gun arrived, he was unhappy with it. I said no problem and offered a price adjustment or that he could send it back for a refund for gun and excess shipping charges (I charged $8 shipping and ended up only costing me $3.20). This was deemed unacceptable and he now insists on sending the gun back COD for $90.00 which means I will end up paying a portion of the shipping and cannot inspect the gun before the refund is made. I have reluctantly agreed to his terms. I tried to make this a good transaction but waveridr33 has made this whole deal unpleasant. FYI |

| Rebuttal: First of all the gun was defective--it would not operate in double action as claimed in his description--the cylinder tines were almost completely worn off--IT TOOK OVER TWO DAYS FOR HIM TO GET BACK TO ME ON THIS PROBLEM--PLUS THE SURFACE OF THE REVOLVER HAD DEEP SCRAPES INTO THE METAL--WHICH ALSO WAS NOT DISCLOSED--ALL IN ALL IT WAS A BAD TRANSACTION--AND HE DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE THE GUN BACK COD--BUT AFTER 5 DAYS HE FINALLY GAVE IN--BEWARE AND ASK SPEWCIFIC QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS GUY!!!! |
