| Comments: I was high bid on this auction. Reserve wasn't met. I offered to meet the reserve after the auction and seller had already sold to another bidder. My offere wasn't even responded to until after the sale had been made. |

| Rebuttal: This gentlemans's "high bid" was so far below my reserve that I had numerous MUCH higher after auction offers (by over $100) that I simply took the highest bidder. I offered the original bidder a chance to purchase a similar gun but he was not interested. |
