| Comments: Do not buy from this individual! Engages in deceptive tactics. Pictures posted in auction are not items actually being sold. This is a direct violation of the Auction Arms rules for sellers. Refused to honor delivery of items pictured in when confronted with deception. |

| Rebuttal: buyer fails to mention that he didnt read the add, didnt ask any questions, doesnt want refund, just wanted to threaten us to no end, this a buyer that was not willing to resolve. |
