| Comments: The sks they sold me has damage do to a poorly installed handguard on the gas tube...I asked for replacement parts and was told I could only return it for refund minus shipping... I have already paid FFL fees so I will keep the gun and buy a new gas tube...I won't do any busness with them again. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was on consignment pics were shown of this and the fact it was in a replacement stock. He was told he could return it minus shipping which is standard on all auction arms sell. He refused. |
