| Comments: Buyer walked away from sale. Emailed 3 times, when auction closed, 3 days later, 6 days later. No contact at all. Just abandoned sale. Guess there is always a first time for events like this. Surprising behavior for someone with so much positive feedback. |

| Rebuttal: it is a shame how some people have to be the first to spew negativity - even if false - jimmy t never walked from any deal once made - only has guaranteed funds since feb 1998 - but most important - you cashed his check and we are still waiting for product - how long does it take |
