| Comments: Item described as having a repaired crack. Item had a stock that was broken off. The barrel was cut by saw and ejector malfunctioned. Seller contacted,item shipped back. Seller refused to return e-mail. Requested assitance from site, non provided Attorney hired, Seller states item never arrived. |

| Comments: Buyer Beware. Seller defines "used" therm-a-rest pad to mean damaged and unserviceable. Would not honor full price return. Suggested I go buy a patch kit. Does not respond to e-mails. Very disappointed. |

| Rebuttal: My emails are answered and you can always get your money back. I RECEIVED only one email When {$5.00 -Army and used!} are given to describe an item, that the Army payed over $100.00. If you look in the Wester’s dictionary you’ll find bigfoot/littlebrain's picture next to ---- and cheep. |
