| Comments: I was official winner on all items in this dutch auction seller refused to honer my winning bid, stating he had an earlier bid. This guy knows in an auction it's the high bid, not the first bid that wins. Bid on "Big Frank's" auctions? Not me,ever again. More to this than meets the eye. |

| Rebuttal: Beware-he has violated Feedback Rule 4-there was NO "actual monetary transaction in a completed auction". Unethical-to sell items to him in this Dutch Auction as "the Final Value Price was the previously bid lowest common price for the full quantity". Never accept another bid from jimlaw45. |
