| Rebuttal: Gun was shipped and sold as advertised, if he didn't like it he should of notified me, because as store policy I would give him back his full refund including the shipping. I am assuming that there is nothing wrong with this item. |

| Comments: Called and told seller he could keep rings and base if he ate the shipping.He agreed.After 3 weeks called about status.Stated he didn't get FFL.Sent another FFL certified. Credit card was charged $555.00 (Not the $550 we agreed on)on 6/18/02 for an item shipped on 16-17 July! |

| Comments: I paid for a T-38 Jap rifle with a good bore, a good shooter. I got a smoothbore, no lugs on the bolt trainer. He did offer a refund which I passed on as not worth my time to ship back. I am glad it did not go to someone that did not know not to shoot it. mag |
