| Rebuttal: "SELLERS BEWARE" "BEWARE OF THIS BUYER" He likes to bid on your auction, then asks questions after he bids, wins the bid and then sends out huge e-mails of excuses not to complete the transaction. | Comments: Dealer is long on excuses, short on service. Had my money 3 weeks before gun arrived! Added insult to injury by shipping UPS ground, a violation of federal law! Will never buy from him again. |

| Rebuttal: It took 3 weeks to receive your FFL from your Dealer. I can not ship the firearm until I receive the FFL (THAT IS THE LAW). Shipping UPS is not a violation of Federal law for a Federal Firearms Licwnsed Dealer. |
