| Rebuttal: I have yet to recieve an email from this person, there is no record on my computer of this person ever having sent an email, mabey they should try again and make sure there email really did get through before posting negative feedback. |

| Comments: I bid on one of "Favint's" auctions for 4 BAR mags. When the auction ended I was high bidder. I received no email from the seller. When I contacted him, I was told that the auction had been entered twice by mistake and that the items had already been shipped to the high bidder in the other auction. I will not do business with this individual again. |

| Rebuttal: this person was told that the auction had been entered twice by mistake and already been sold I could not sell them something that had already been sold and shipped to the winning bidder of the original auction I cant help it if they cant accept the truth. |

| Comments: This guy is a time-waster! He was high and successful bidder on my auction #1697084402 which closed 3 weeks ago. I sent him a number of e-mails and never so much as a peep until I cautioned him that I'd be advising Auction Arms. Then he indicated he'd been out of town on business trips. I told him that I was still holding him to his high bid and would expect payment directly. There has been no further communication and no payment on his part. This guy has a lot of positive feedback so he can't be all bad, but I'll not deal with him again! Apparently I'm not the only one he's stiffed either...a Quigley F- rating to this fellow. |

| Comments: Gerri Favaro bid on 4 of my auctions on or about 6/30/99, I have yet to see any payment for any of the auctions he was the high bidder on. He wrote me a letter on 7/29/99 about still wanting the 10 CAR stocks he bid on, I told him they would still be in stock, since I always keep them on hand. He bid on 3 other auctions I guess he doesn't want anymore. The thing that gets my goat is that many of the auctions, I am interested in bidding on, have favint as one of the high bidders! Gerri seems to be running around the auction site bidding on a bunch of things, when he has not paid for the items he has won. This has been a complete waste of time for me! Please do NOT waste any more of my time...Wes |
