| Comments: he paid for the gun quick but said it wasn't working properly, he sent the gun back promptly for a refund, I couldn't find anything wrong with the gun but refunded his money |

| Rebuttal: Have done business with Parker in the past. Very pleased with each transaction. The Python I recieved was in very nice condition,But cylinder did not open and close properly. Sorry about the inconvience of returning the python but I DID LOSE the shipping charges both ways. |
