| Comments: Scope arrived promptly but illumination not working. Found battery contacts bent, had to be re-set. Battery also needed shim under cap to make proper contact. Allignment of scope was perfect! (RARE!!!) Overall, Good Deal. |

| Rebuttal: All he had to do was contact us and we would have sent him a new scope and paid his return shipping on the old one but he never complained to us??? |
