Great many "buyers" complain EXPRESSLY to get the price LOWERED. A look at our positives will show buyers that we accurately describe items. |

| Rebuttal: We are a victim of the XMAS rush. WE tried to satisfy one too many persons-relisted item after we made commitment for $300 sale. Bidder posting negative bid $405 for same item. WE COULD HAVE accepted higher bid but did not. We felt we should be commended not condemned for this professional attitude. |

| Rebuttal: We have 800 number. We still have item reserved for him. Why does he fail to respond to our inquiries? Perhaps he overspent his budget and this is his way of justifying his decision not to honor his obligation to buy as winning bidder? We have no time for this nonsense. |

| Rebuttal: "Grinch!! Very surprised at comment.Buyer never contacted us before or after placing this. We have return policy if people are not satisfied. Our description was accurate. Shipping policy of 10-14 days after receipt of FFL and "clearance" of fundsis stated. We met that criteria. Confused! |

| Comments: Sent money on sept. 26. Oct.12 E-mail states they dont have my gun. Oct. 20, still no gun or refund. If this transaction is ever resolved, I will find other means to continue my hobby of gun collecting. |
