| Comments: Item us packed very, very well.Item was not as described IE: several cracks in pistol grip. Item was described as "like new" when it should have been listed in VG with cracked pistol grip. Needs to be carful in the descreption of items in the future. Also E-mail keeps bouncing back. |

| Rebuttal: I am disappointed to learn about the pistol grip via feedback. My Email has been functioning continously. I described the rifle with it in hand at the computer. I really did not notice the "cracks" you report. Therefore, I do apologize and will refund your money and pay the return shipping fee. |
