| Rebuttal: this was no sham! i told this buyer what happened, i guess he is perfect. well i am not. my hired worker sold this gun and forgot to take it off line. i offered to sell him another gun at cost. guess that was not good enough. |

| Comments: When I finally received the firearm, it was as advertised. However, the sellers communication and actual organization post sale, was disappointing. Trying to communicate post sale, the seller actually asked me what sale I was referring too, when it was the only firearm she was selling at the time??? |

| Comments: Be AWARE OF EXCELLENT CONDITION on description or it'll turn out all rusted.excellent condition equal RUST.ask for close up pic if not provided.ask him a question during an ongoing auction and never got a reply then don't BID on it because something is wrong.REFUND took a whole month! |

| Rebuttal: item was as described by auction arms guidelines, when he called and said he was not happy , he never spoke to me about gun until he had won the gun. I sent refund soon as I got gun back, can't help it if he lived across US from me and it was Christmas. he never should have left neutral feedback. |

| Comments: I can't say the Seller is bad as he has a rating of 99.5% positive but the auction he posted and I won had no gun behind it. Supposedly he was in a hurry to enter a lot of items and one shotgun was entered both as 12Ga and 16Ga and auctioned twice. There was no 12Ga when I contacted the Seller. |

| Rebuttal: this was my fault ,the gun was listed as 12ga sxs,but was a 16 ga sxs.Had listed it twice in my auctions and there was only one gun ,the 16 Ga. I called the buyer and explained what happed. I guess he did not understand. |

| Rebuttal: contacted this buyer at least 3 times over many week,he says in this rebuttal that he had car trouble and could not follow thru,never let me know .only way i could recover my fee's was to do negative feedback. |
