Comments: Buyer returned gun, no problem, but then complained that he had to pay shipping both ways, as CLEARLY stated in ALL my auctions, extremely picky, said display case was damaged, one spot, no larger than a grain of sand!! Sellers beware!!!!

Rebuttal: Seller lied about condition, then left retaliatory feedback. Not "factory new" has 7 defects, I have the photos to prove it, ask me. Gun is about 93%, not worth $1,000.00. Paid top dollar, expect "factory new" when so listed, not an edgy gun. Check his feedback for similar problems. Thanks.

Comments: Returned for refund. Sorry you did not like the sling.

Rebuttal: Seller listed rifle sling in "near mint condition" with "the leather in new condition". However when the sling arrived it was was junk; the leather was dry-rotted, and the overall condition was poor. He accepted a return, but I paid shipping each way and lost $10.00 on shipping costs.
