Sent email with these faults and received "I am very sorry that you are not satisfied. I will not issue a refund" Zero customer service, no 3 day return. Rated F- |

| Comments: The item was as described. Seller has poor communication skills. His strengent processes cost me extra money through the FFL process. He does not compltely understand the law when it comes to FFL, ATF etc. He was impolite w/ my FFL/s yes plural. I won't do business with this person in the future. |

| Comments: This was the worst packaged air rifle in over 250 transactions I have been involved in. It was clearly packaged by an idiot. The gun had barrel separation and the stock was cracked. The seller tried to blame fed ex for the poor packaging and refused my refund. PLease don't ever buy from this jerk! |

| Comments: Item was listed as a shooter and fully functional. The gun was inpsected by a gunsmith and found to be unsafe and non-repairable.I tried to be cordial but the seller's response was rude. Do not trust the listing, he is a liar and a theif. |

| Comments: Gun was advertised as rust free, but spots of rust were present in several areas, gun wasn't functional either, overall condition of gun was suppose to be 90-95%, not even close, seller refunded money but it took 2 weeks to get the refund after he received the gun, and I paid for shipping both ways. |
