| Rebuttal: Gave buyer back all his money + plus some - I have over 600 items on auction at any given time - I'm only human and subject to errors ( and so is my computer) guess next time I just give'em back there money and not put in any extra. |

| Rebuttal: buyer contacted me saying had not received grips.asked him wait couple more days and contact me if grips dont arrive. never heard back assumed he got them. checked feedback found negative,e-mailed him got no reply. cant fix it if i don't know its broken. t/2 contact with me.sending more grips. |
