| Comments: Gun was in good shape, but was a plain 114 model, not the better 114U as advertised. Also, seller did not list a shipping price on the auction, which led me to assume shipping would be actual shipping. Charged me $22 on shipping, but postal shipping tag showed actual shipping was only $17. |

| Rebuttal: shipping price was free with the buy it now option. since the option was not used, I asked for shipping and handeling and was agreed upon, I never offered or promised actual shipping costs. |
