| Rebuttal: Just wish to point out, that getting Cancer, was not in my plans. I received a chemo treat. Went into shock, was rushed to hospital, was there 4 days. I sent several emails, explaining the delay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Rebuttal: I was not aware that hammer was altered. If buyer would have notified me would have been more than happy to accept return of the hammer. Would also have paid shipping both ways. I am not a authority on every pistol part etc. When I make a honest mistake will rectify it via full refund. |

| Comments: Rifle was a real junker. Had been duffle-cut, front of stock & parts lost and replaced with handmade ones. Bolt was from a different model gun. He did refund $ -shipping, but complained about the box. It was HIS box. A good parts gun as it would fit about 3 different models! |

| Rebuttal: When informed that he was not happy, advised him to return it for refund,no ifs or buts even though gun was SOLD AS IS.His refund was sent 2 days after receipt of gun in box that was cut in half!!! |
