| Comments: We are now past 90 days since auction closed and I still have not received the magazines. Package was insured and I have not received any refund either? Seller does communicate, but is really no help to me? I think this should have been resolved by now! I am really disappointed with this Seller!!!!! |

| Rebuttal: Dazz bid $5 on a used pair of binoculars and was disappointed when he did not receive Carl Zeiss or Leupold. He would not even send them back, but I still did the right thing and refunded his money plus shipping both ways. Good Luck and God Bless. Please support our troops! Ohiopal does. |

| Comments: Bait and Switch. Shows picture of a NICE sling and sends one that is dirty, rusty and soiled. NOT SLING IN PICTURE! Auction was for enfield sling in VG/EXC condition with brass fittings, Received one in POOR condition with rusted steel fittings. Refuses to answer follow up e-mails. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer jumped the gun and posted negative feedback while I was on vacation. Turns out assisstant sent out wrong sling. Refunded money plus shipping both ways. Sorry for inconvenience! |

| Comments: This was not the same sling as pictured. It was missing 2 leather pieces. I should not be responsible for any postage. Please have this seller respond or keep him from doing this to anyone else. This is basically mail fraud. Make this right please. Thank you in advance. |

| Rebuttal: Unfortunately, the photo did not show the backside of sling. The text clearly stated that the pieces were missing. That is why the sling was deep discounted. You can't get something for nothing, pal. |
