| Comments: Seller didn't send an invoice or contact information until after I asked GA to prompt him and then the seller would not sign for payment that was sent. Beware of this guy he did not follow through with the auctions as per Gun Auction seller agreement. Could possibly be fraud. |

| Rebuttal: Been Seller on Auction Arms for over 17 years and I have never had a buyer complain to AA after one day. I also am not going to the Post Office to pick up and SIGN for a $16 check nor do I have the time (Buyer sent the $16 check Signature at PO required). Sale Canceled and Money was returned by USPS |
