| Rebuttal: Product was sent to this customer as soon as I possibly could!!! Health reasons/surgery was the reason for shipping delay!! Customer did not complain to me!!! Could have gotten a new item, and still could if he wanted too!!! BEWARE!!!!!Very quick to give negative feedback . |

I HAVE MADE PHONE CALLS,SENT MESSAGES THROUGH AUCTION ARMS, E-MAILS THE ANSWER HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE SAME, EITHER WE JUST MAILED IT OR IT IS GOING OUT TODAY. | Rebuttal: Blueprints were sent by post office 2 times. I just mailed them again for the 3rd time, plus extras for the delays. We do not work for the post office and everyone knows how they are!!!!! |

| Rebuttal: Most customers will let you know when they are unhappy with a product. I usually try to correct mistakes and please my customers if possible. This one must think that I am a mind reader. This is the first that I have heard from him, that he was not satisfied with the product. I have just emailed him and offered to replace the product for him with a new one, and have offered to go a step or two father in assisting him with the completetion of his project. What more can a person do???????? |

| Rebuttal: This person never emailed me. My computer went down and I never got auction arms notice. I notified this seller after feedback was posted and tried to purchase the item, that I truely wanted. Seller would not even try to work things out. |
