| Comments: Sent ammo before being paid as he was a repeat customer bad mistake. Ammo was sent to wrong address in CO and was resent to correct address in NY. Ammo delivered on 11-17-13. Still have not been paid for it. Have spoke with on phone and have e-mailed him, said he would pay but hasn't yet, poor risk |

| Rebuttal: He is the one that screwed the shipping up. I did pay him and payed half the shipping cost to return ammo that was not for me. I went way out of my way for him and I get a negative!And dished out my money so he didn't take such a beaten becuse he screwed up shipping to three people. |

| Rebuttal: I lost my wife whom I was married to for 27 years. Sorry I got sidetrack for a 10.00 pair of rings. Did send payment and told him I had a personal tragedy he refused the money |
