| Rebuttal: Ran into unexpected repairs for my car; had full intention to pay. Kept seller apprised of situation. $500 emergency fund + $650 set aside for auction = less than repairs cost. Offered to pay for re-list but checked and was already rated negative; hence, no payment. Will double emergency fund. |
