| Comments: He removed two FACTORY expensive mags from the gun box, and sent me two CHEAP aftermarket mags which don't even work with the gun properly! He even used FACTORY plactic bag to pack AFTERMARKET mags in! That auction was NRA grade "excellent" that means "All original parts"! |

| Rebuttal: He received exactly what was advertised. No mention in ad of Sig or factory magazines.I offered to take gun back for full refund which he refused. He only sees what he wants to see not the facts. He had every opportunity to ask questions but did not. |

| Comments: Gun advertised with hicaps, but sent with LE restricted mags. Rude and uncooperative. Had to involve auctionarms personnel to get prompt refund. I am still out the fee for return shipping. I'm in business to make money, not lose it.Won't do business with him again. |

| Rebuttal: Refund issued immediately upon receipt of return goods. Was totally cooperative with him. Never had to involve Auction Arms, other than to get my relist credit. Even refunded his original shipping cost. He is blocked from my site. Will never do business with him again. |
