| Comments: This item was purchased through 'buy it now' on November 4th and as of Novemember 23 no item has been received nor has a credit for the charge been issued (he charged my card before shipping). I fanally filed a dispute with Master Card. He will not return my calls or email. Buyer beware!! |

| Rebuttal: As per my auction listing, All FFL's must have either customers name or Auction number clearly listed on it. If it doesn't have this information, It get put to the back until I can set down and track down which FFL goes to which auction. Follow the instructions on the listing. |

| Comments: Auction closed 10/23/09. Seller did not charge card for payment nor contact me. Contacted seller by email (11/25/09) and was told recent death in family had closed shop for a week. No action was taken between 10/23/09 and 11/15/09.I cancelled card I issued for pmt and am considering issue closed. |

| Comments: This firearm was purchased using the buy it now option on Dec 14th, 2008. As of January 2, 2009 there has been no communication by the seller to complete the transaction, even though credit information was provided, as well as FFL sent within 6 days of closing of auction. Do not buy! |
