| Comments: Seller did not mention in description or show in pictures that the protective ears had been ground off the nosecap and the sling loop had been ground off the lower band of this Kar88 even though tool marks were readily apparent. It was sent promptly, however. |

| Rebuttal: This was a K88 consignment rifle pre 1898 antique & i suggested he call the consignor & discuss the problem with the front sight ears which he didnt do. The pics of the front sight were not left out intentionally!!! I would have gladly sent more pics if he requested them but he didn't. |
