| Rebuttal: Definitely my screw up here.Left for Africa shortly after bidding and I was supposed 2 have Internt. Access. but didn't.Auction closed while away and I had high bid.Con- tacted seller aft.return to complete buy, but he had re- listed and had bids so he couldn't.Like i said, def.my bad. Sorry. |

| Comments: This gun was listed as new, it was a used gun he sold me for a new one. I have waited over a month to settle and he will not give a partial refund. This was a gift that I could not send back. I have documentation this gun was used, still no response. DON'T be FOOLED by his description or his WORD!!! |

| Rebuttal: Wanted to "skirt" AA Auction.I would'nt but reduced price substantally!He rec. gun and said was used,it wasn't.I OFFERED TO TAKE BACK JUST 4 SHIPPING, HE DIDN'T WANT TO. SAID HE HAD DOCUMENTATION SAYING IT WAS USED, ASKED TO SEND TO ME , HE WOULDN'T. HIS NAME's "ACE"but 'SLICK" WOULD BE BETTER! |
