| Comments: I won a scope 5/5. Sent money order ASAP. Waited 2 weeks then contacted him asking where the scope was. He said it was sent on 5/16. I then asked for more info and said I was going to cantact Auc. arms. Claims he sent it and has no more resp. Said he didn't care about AA. 6/3 no scope no $. |

| Rebuttal: I sold two (2) scopes on the same day one through A.A and one through E-Bay both went to within 10 miles of each other but this Heathern24 fellow says he didn`t get his, but yet the postal employee I spoke to remembered both packages due to the FRAGILE labeling.I guess he screwed me this time. |
