| Comments: Exterior of rifle exacly as described. Bore condition is a little less than described. Chamber has slight pitting that may make this a non-shooter. Chamber pitting was not described but I did not ask either. I truely think the seller was NOT aware of the chamber pitting when he described the rifle |

| Rebuttal: I'm not a marginal shipper or packer. Unfortunately sometimes things still break in shipment. I use FEDEX and insure for full value. Oddly enough, the buyer didn't tell me the stock was broken until 5 days after he got it and didn't want to go through ins. process. He never answered my emails on it |

| Comments: Arrived promptly, but barrel lenght 22 inches not 24. Also bore with surface rust easily visable at front of rifle bore and extremely dirty. Fortumnately 4 hours cleaning bore revealed no obvious pitting. Hopefully it will shoot reasonably accurately. |

| Comments: Received gun that was described as in "out of the box condition" but in fact had some mold and minor corrosion on it. Gun was returned and that was handled very professionally. Possibly just an oversight on his part. |

| Comments: Received handgun from Phil was not quite what was described in the Auction, under NRA Grade: Factory new, in description said: is as new. According to our NRA grading in the blue book it is more 95% because no papers and the barrell has very noticeable carry marks and one grip is dinged real bad on edge. Gun doesn't look like has been shot alot. Phil did communicate and was fast shipper. Just was a little dissappointed in the decription of the handgun, probably would have not paid what I did if known about the wear marks. |

| Rebuttal: Auction arms does not use Blue Book grading so neither can I in this format. I described it in text as like new with no box or papers. I did'nt see any ding on grip large or small. Grading is also subjective of course. Had Charles wished to return the pistol during the inspection period I would have of course accepted it no question but he kept it. I would still deal again with Charles and posted a POS for him. Thanks for reading rebuttal :) |
