| Comments: Buyer sent payment and received the rifle kit. He then sent it to the manufacturer without notifying me. He will get a refund, but I will not do business with him again. He never contacted me concerning his displeasure with the kit. |

| Rebuttal: This rebuttal is late as I didn't realize a negative feedback had been posted. I was not aware that I should have sent the kit to the seller. I was under the impression that the manufacturer is the responsible party. |
