And they stated we can't contact them either unless they call us. Reached out to Gun Auction to assist, also ZERO response. |

We are a small family run shop in Oregon and in Nov 22 new legislation caused a massive surge of business that we could not keep up with, a few things were overlooked. | Rebuttal: We are sorry to hear this customer was upset with the transaction. The auction closed on 10/23 and was paid for on 10/24, FFL was received on 10/25 and we shipped out the revolver on 10/27 and also emailed tracking. Revolver was delivered on 11/1 |

| Comments: The lack of communication from these people is crazy. They never answered the phone or replied to an email once. I have purchased firearms in the past from them. This time it took me and Gunauction to get my revolver. It took 2 months for me to get it. Absolutely ridiculous in spite of the times. |

| Comments: Horrible communication. Never heard from seller at all. Gun just showed up at my dealer two and a half weeks after auction close.. To be fair these are extraordinary times, I could have accepted the extended ship time, but there is no excuse for absolutely no communication. |

| Comments: Some problems with sending the FFL to them. When I received the pistol that was said to have been unfired, it was obvious that it had been fired. Marks and brass in the action. When I call and asked him about it, he told me his gunsmith had test fired it. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!! |

| Rebuttal: Auction Arms payment system was down. He was not able to pay by credit card online. He called us, and didn't understand that we could not fix the payment website. We eventually did help him make payment, but he was very frustrated and it looks like he blames us for the payment site not working. |

| Comments: Gun received had a non-functioning safety & 1 of the mags was an aftermarket. Seller offered me the same impersonal cookie cutter response to refund the cost of the weapon only & refused to pay for the necessary repairs to make the gun safe. It cost me $210 for repairs & mag. Not a happy customer. |

| Rebuttal: When he contacted us to let us know the safety wasn't working, we asked him to send the gun back for a full refund and offered to pay return shipping. It was a consignment gun, and we were going to return it to the consignor. Instead, he had the gun repaired and then sent us a bill weeks later. |

Email was sent but simply presented me with an impersonal cookie cutter response and offered to refund the cost of the weapon only. Waited 5 days for email response, Will not do business with them again. |

| Comments: Item shipped 5 days after they said it would but I had to call them 3 times just to get them to ship it out. Charged $25 for shipping, their own website claims $7.95 flat rate on any item. No gun for Christmas |

| Rebuttal: We do list our shipping charges on each auction--usually $25 for a long gun and $20 for a handgun. Our ecommerce website is for new items only, and we do not list used or consignment items on our website. We are sorry for any confusion. |
