| Comments: The policy of auction arms is that I recieve a phone number and verbal confirmation from the seller. letsplay was not comfortable e-mailing me his phone number. So by the policy of auction arms I feel that I am released from this purchase. I hope that this doesn't reflect badly on any one. |

| Rebuttal: After the auction closed, I emailed the buyer my remitance address and he requested I email him my phone number. I was not aware that sellers were required to provide thier phone number to buyers and offered to answer any questions he had via email or by calling him back. That was the last I heard. |
