| Rebuttal: Buyer said their was a problem with the gun offered him either $20 cash to fix it or a complete refund he choose the $20. Buyer bought 2 more guns from me awhile later and tried the racket again I choose for him to send them back to me. Did not see the problem he said there was. Seller beware. |

| Comments: Gun was not as described. I was not a happy camper. Mr. Harrison said if I would return it, he would refund my money. It only cost me $50.00 (shipping both ways) to look at a gun I would not have even picked up much less bought in a gun shop. |

| Rebuttal: Gun was exactly as described they said that the insides were rusty. Received the gun back and took it apart and found no rust a couple of the grip screws were discolored a little but no rust on the gun. |

| Comments: No problem with gun as stated in description but this is the most unprofessional dealer I have ever dealt with. Sent gun and receipt with wrong serial number on receipt, told him about it , he said he looked it up and correct s.n. on receipt, it wasn't. Took almost 2 weeks for correct receipt. |

| Rebuttal: As stated in the auction(has rust freckles and blue wear) first I heard of the issue was when I saw the feedback if buyer was not happy with the gun I would have been glad to refund their money as stated on all my auctions. |

| Rebuttal: Auction ended on the 18th and by the time I received his FFL and money it was shipped on the 25th seems pretty quick. Not sure what he is talking about on the cal. maybe he is a little off. |

| Rebuttal: There was no mag in the gun as stated on the auction so I had no clue that their was a problem. This is the first I heard of it. I would have been glad to have the gun returned to me for a refund. |

| Comments: Too bad! Blue Sky's solution to my dispute over his embellishment of his condition rating was to buy the item(s) back from me. Returning them to him would cost me over 40% of what I paid him including the transfer fees I paid my local FFL. He rated the 2 guns I purchased "excellent 95%" WATCH OUT! |

| Rebuttal: I had left positive feedback for this guy. 2 weeks after he received the gun he decides that it is not up to par with him. I offered to refund his money for the guns even though it was past the 3 day inspection period. This was not good enough for him. I stand by my description. |
