| Comments: This gun arrived with no visible damage to the packaging. However, when we opened the package the butt plate was broken and the toe of the butt was cracked. There was inadequate padding inside the box. This was very disappointing. I will glue the stock and have ordered a new butt plate. |

| Rebuttal: Wow... That is news to us...never contacted us to discuss the problem...thats why we put insurance on packages!! |
