| Comments: the reason for neutral is it took five weeks to recieve after i paid with a cc. differant story everytime on why it had not shipped. finnally got it today but really would of liked it better five weeks ago. no negative because i did finally recieve what i paid for but it took way to long to ship |

| Rebuttal: Bidder placed order for FN 5.7 ammo which is in high demand but in short supply. Bidder was informed it would take time to receive. He is a very impatient sort and we are not sure if we would accept further orders from him. |
