| Comments: It took one month but I finally received the carbine (the winning bid. on Aug 25th and received the carbine on Sept23rd). It is okay. I advised them of how I paid two days after auction and was told they would be watching. I was told the gun had been shipped on Sept 7th, then on the 14th. |

| Rebuttal: He may have sent his payment 2 days after the auction, however, due to the fact that he sent it US mail certified, we did not receive it for 2 weeks. The mail man would not leave the envelope without a signature, and he comes at 7AM when we are closed. We shipped as soon as we got the payment. |

| Comments: Item arrived as described but communication was terrible and shipping slow, made me nervous. Seller didn't return email or calls until 4 days after auction closed, I had to call them twice with my CC info. Seller is not dishonest but is disorganized. Be aware before bidding. |

| Rebuttal: Communication was not terrible and shipping was not slow! He had our PH#, we are open 5 days a week 11AM-6PM, not hard to reach. The buyer first called during the 2 days that we are closed, our schedule is posted. He took long to send the FFL, we shipped as soon as the FFL arrived. |

| Comments: Seller would not give me a valid voice phone number despite multiple requests. Eventually I was able to confirm the FAX number that was given to me. This took 5 days to confirm the number. Shipping then took 20 days from the date I mailed my money order. The item did arrive as advertised. |

| Rebuttal: Our phone lines were not working at the time, the customer did not want to send payment until he spoke to someone. We called him but he was not available, his payment finally was received after a long wait...His item was then shipped. |
