| Rebuttal: Rifle was exactly as described. Buyer was looking for a museum piece at a shooter price...NOT how this gun was described! Gun was re-listed and sold immediately...New owner couldn't be happier and had no issue with description. This buyer should read more carefully and ask questions BEFORE bidding!! |

| Rebuttal: Pictures for this gun were taken from every angle and clearly showed it's condition. As for shipping...ALL of my items spell out SEVERAL times in the description what the shipping cost will be. If you didn't agree with them, WHY DID YOU BID ON IT? Stop whining and being a WEASEL after the purchase! |

| Rebuttal: The auction closed 1/13, and you were still jerking me around on 2/6 telling me how payment was sent two times already, BUT I have yet to see it to this day!!! Explain why I should be nice or patient to a deadbeat bidder who lied all the way through the process? Convince me, if you can, PLEASE!!! |

| Comments: I had to give a neutral comment. Rick's seems like real stand-up type folks. Their response was timely, but the item was sent to an old address (computer glitch). However, I had enclosed the proper address with my payment, I must assume the ball dropped to that end. I would buy from them again. |

| Rebuttal: Yes-true, he did enclose a new address with his payment, and it was missed on my end. However, for some reason he is still using return address labels from his old address on his payment envelopes, which is where the confusion came in. His old address also is still listed with Auction Arms, as well. |

| Rebuttal: The "difference of opinion" is that he tried unsuccessfully to shake me down for a $75 rebate on a $210 gun! When told to return it for a refund, he expected me to rebate his shipping costs, BOTH WAYS! Re-reading of auction policy/rules regarding shipping would not hurt him at this point! |
