| Comments: BUYER BEWARE!! The gun I purchased had a problem not covered in the ad. When locked it was loose. I wrote the seller, he said the ad said the gun was "old" so I should have known better. A 2nd email has gone out with NO REPLY. DON'T TRUST THIS SELLER FOR THE WHOLE TRUTH. He fails to reveal ALL!! |

| Rebuttal: This clown had the gun for over 2 weeks before raising any issue with it. He never asked 1 question prior to bidding on the gun or before the auction closed. Now he wants to lay his buyer's remorse on me with a pack of lies. I answered ALL of his silly messages and explained the auction rules to him |

| Comments: Seller pictured and described item I wanted and sent different item. Offered to return "some" of my expenses but not a total of what it cost to receive the wrong item.I sent payment by delivery confirmation plus cost of m/o plus now return postage. Claimed he didn't have the item he was selling. |

| Rebuttal: This guy is IMPOSSIBLE to work with. Bid on a 10 round clip, and was mistakenly sent an 11 rnd clip! Offered to take it back, paying for return shipping, money order cost and postage to send payment...that wasn't good enough for him! As for postage-I have the envelope with $.45 Forever stamp on it! |

| Comments: I bought what was suppose to be a mag. holder when it arived it was a shell pouch. He clamed it was for small 22 rifle clips. seller would not work out a solution or answer my e-mail after I showed Him what a shell pouch looks like in another auction. will not buy from this seller again. |

| Rebuttal: It seems Mr. "Poolman" left out a few details with his negative feedback. He bought the $3.50 item and asked no questions, then wanted to ask all kinds of questions after he had the item, and HE is the one who didn't answer my last two e-mails. My 100 positive feedbacks speak for me. |
