| Comments: I purchased a gun case from TULLE. He advertised "as new". It arrived with a broken lock and two inside parts missing. I advised him to which he responded "the case was not damaged when I sent it and all sales are final". His attitude is irresponsible and unethical. -Approach with caution.- |

| Rebuttal: The case was fine when it left here. I have no way of knowing how or why the buyer damaged the case once it was in his possession. The case was sent complete with everything included that I received when I bought it new. |
