| Comments: AVOID THIS SELLER!!!! I was the high bidder on a Browning Trombone .22 rifle that he had for sale on Auction Arms. He refused to deliver the gun to me, claiming that he had sold it at a gun show. When I asked that he honor the contract by providing a comparable gun instead, then he refused to answer emails. This is a seller who does not honor his commitments and if you do business with him then you DO SO AT YOUR PERIL! |

| Rebuttal: Yes, I sold the gun not knowing it was sold on AA. He bought it in the final minutes and then I could not check email due to server problems just before the gunshow. It was the third time offered on AA and I assumed it did not sell again. Beat me with a stick! This guy just will not let it go! I never promised a comparable item but would would have gladly done so if one had existed in my posession. However, I cannot give negative feedback because I was in the wrong. Just please let it rest!! I am evil but I will one day die!! |
