| Comments: I was out of town, when this auction ended. This buyer e-mailed me 3 days after it closed, to tell me he was backing out of the deal, due to my lack of response [Dont I have 5 days?] Rules say I must post this,to not be charged commission, on the sale. |

| Rebuttal: E-mailed seller twice,1st the day the bid closed and then the day after, asking for ph. # and where we could meet...we live in same state. No reply. Finally got response 5 days later. Auction Arms rules stating 3 days. I withdrew bid after 4th day. |
