| Comments: Decieving picture in auction, I recieved a different model BB gun than what was depicted in the auction listing. A FULL refund was sent to me PLUS additional shipping funds to return the wrong item. I would have preferred to recieve the item I purchased with " Buy it Now " in this auction. Dave. |

| Rebuttal: Buyer recd a complete refund. Picture was a mistake made by the manufacturer. Item would have been exchanged for the correct item however it was not available. Manufacturer made changes to item before it was manufactured but failed to make changes to their brochures. |

| Comments: Product as described and delivered ok. I have tried these pellets in 4 different pistols, Falcon, Morini 162E, Daisy 747 and IZH46M and they will not shoot. Best group is over 1" at 10 yds from a rest and the Falcon had 24x scope. Sorry but no one should purchase these pellets. |

| Rebuttal: pellets are about the cheapest on the market. If you are wanting a quality pellet then you should purchase one. |
