| Comments: On July 22nd listed item# 6600023646 Winchester Commemorative 'Ducks Unlimited NIB'. On the same day @ 8:31 pm, recieved a 'notify' email from notify@auctionarms.com (sgsjcky@aol.com} requesting before he bids, would I ship UPS COD. I replied 'NO'. Unknown to me at that time he had already bid. sgsjcky@aol.com "wrench" won the bid. I sent a congratulations notice on the 29th, the day the auction ended. He advised in a round about way that he was not going to accept it unless we shipped UPS COD. I advised him by return mail that he needed to 'honor' the bid. Also told him that he had to send an FFL License anyway, and a Money Order for the amount could easily be included. He had previously stated that he had a Dealer's License. I have not heard back from him and it is now August 13th. I am posting this neutral feedback in hopes of keeping others informed of his actions. If he should at a later date honor his original bid I will make corrections to this feedback. I have on file all copies of this transaction. Respectfully, Pete Mayo (pete932) |

| Rebuttal: this isn't a rebuttal, but the rest of story,i e-mailed pete932 and asked if he would ship ups-cod(what fairer rate of exchange his product for my money, let ups collect another 5.00 for this,i ship cod all time it dosen't take any more time.i have been in too many situtations where people after they get your money they get lack in shipping) he informed me he would have to ck with his partner,he answered back later their policy still stood "no".i e-mailed him back that i was sorry for bidding without contacting him first, and if there were other bids i wouln't bid again.but i would still take gun if shipped ups-cod that i was a dealer.he may have had someone refuse shipment at one time or another this wasn't discused,i ship ups-cod all time and haven't had any problems yet.then he relisted gun again then i persumed he had no intensions of shipping to me.and of course i did't bid again larry simpson |
