Comments: Bought a Red Label shotgun new in box with 5 chokes.) 3 chokes and wrench missing. Sellers REPLY was -"My wholesaler told me that it had 5 chokes in it. Ruger needs to be contacted about the missing parts". They were, and will send for $100 No bargain here CAREFULL!

Rebuttal: The chokes and wrench were left out of the gun from the factory. When this customer received the gun it had not been opened since it left from Ruger. I will be replacing the parts at MY cost. Watch for this feedback to be removed when I satisfy customer.

Rebuttal: After 126 + feedbacks I knew it was bond to happen. A negative one! The delay was only 5 days after he paid, not 8! I was out of town during that time. And for not answering his emails, I answered everyone I received from him. Have copies to prove it. One bad apple doesn't spoil the whole box.
